In order

Ranked by the hub 2025/26

Every place, the highest figure first. The number before each is the hub's own position in the list, not the publisher's: equal figures share one, marked =.

Counts follow the size of the place, so the largest places tend to come first.

Notes

  • Completions recorded by councils' building control and the NHBC. Homes signed off by private approved inspectors are not counted.
  • StatsWales notes that some councils did not send every quarterly return, among them Gwynedd for 2025–26; its table gives figures for those quarters without saying how they were made, and they are shown as it gives them. England counts its new homes differently, so its councils are on their own page.
