Notes
- Table 9 of MHCLG's council tax levels gives the bill for a Band D home in each billing council's area: its own council tax with every precept on it (county, police and crime commissioner, fire, combined authority and the average of its parishes), so it is what a resident pays, not what the council keeps. England's figure is MHCLG's average from Table 3.
- Council tax is set each March for the year from April. Scotland's Band D is published by the Scottish Government, whose site the hub cannot read, and Northern Ireland has rates instead.
