Notes

  • Affordable homes completed in each financial year, as MHCLG counts them from Homes England, the Greater London Authority, councils and other delivery partners, each against the council at the time (its note 1).
  • MHCLG places a few homes in a region but no council: their region's and England's figures include them, no council's does.
  • Intermediate rent includes London Living Rent from 2017-18 (MHCLG's note 2).
  • England's figure is MHCLG's own, from its Live Table 1000; MHCLG's table by council gives none.
